Mockingjay - Suzanne Collins

Katniss awakens in District 13, a subterranean rebel stronghold long thought destroyed.\n She reluctantly agrees to become the "Mockingjay," the symbol of the rebellion against the Capitol.\n Peeta, held captive by the Capitol, appears on television condemning the rebels and urging a ceasefire.\n Katniss participates in propaganda films ("propos") to unite the districts against President Snow.\n A team rescues Peeta and other captives, but Peeta has been "hijacked" - brainwashed to hate Katniss.\n The rebels slowly gain control of the districts, facing heavy casualties and destruction.\n Katniss and a special squad, including a recovering Peeta, are sent to the Capitol for a final assault.\n They navigate the Capitol, which has been turned into a massive arena filled with deadly "pods".\n
